Join Our Team of VIP Family Sitters – East Metro (Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Woodbury)

Are you a passionate and experienced caregiver looking for flexible work with wonderful families? We’re seeking babysitters to support VIP families in the East Metro, including Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, and Woodbury.

Schedules vary based on each family's needs—some require care during weekday business hours, while others are looking for evening and weekend support. The more availability you have, the more opportunities we can offer!

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging children in creative and meaningful activities such as arts & crafts, board and card games, baking, and outdoor play
Preparing and serving simple meals and snacks
Supporting routines including bedtime, homework help, and light tidying
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and fun environment until parents return home

We’re Looking For Caregivers Who:

Can provide three references, including two from childcare-related roles
Have 2+ years of experience caring for children (special needs experience a plus!)
Are enthusiastic about working one-on-one with children and prioritize safety
Have a reliable vehicle
Are CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
Are available for 2–5 shifts per week (Weekdays 8 AM–5 PM, or evenings/weekends 4 PM–12 AM)
