We’re looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to help elevate day-to-day life at Axial—both remotely and in our NYC office. Reporting to our People Operations Manager, this person will play a key role in creating an outstanding employee experience, supporting our hybrid team, and keeping our workspace and people operations humming smoothly.

Lead initiatives that foster a happy, engaged, and inclusive workforce
Organize virtual and in-person employee events
Manage employee swag, gifts, and recognition programs
Keep our internal wiki up to date
Be the first line of support for day-to-day employee questions
Oversee day-to-day NYC office needs: supplies, maintenance, access, and vibe
Liaise with vendors, manage invoices, and ensure the office is an awesome place to work
Solve workplace issues as they arise—before they become real problems
Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics: equipment, desk setup, orientation, and culture integration
Ensure a warm and helpful experience for all new hires from day one
Assist our People Ops Manager with administrative and logistical tasks across recruiting, benefits, employee engagement, and compliance
Be ready to jump in and help wherever needed on the people team
