A warm and welcoming family in Wilmette is seeking a fun, energetic, and reliable nanny to join them long-term. The position is part-time, Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, caring for their three active and kind-hearted children - ages 9, 7.5 and 4. 

What They're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and enjoys fostering independence in children. This nanny will be confident in taking charge, communicating openly with the parents, and asking questions or flagging household needs (like when groceries run low!). Mom works from home most days and appreciates a team-player mentality. A nanny with a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up the two younger children from school

• Drive the kids to and from local activities (family provides car seats as needed)

• Offer snacks after school or camp

• Prepare simple dinners for the kids

• Help with the kids’ laundry and change bedding weekly

• Keep the house tidy by encouraging and guiding the kids to clean up after themselves

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle for transporting children

• Enthusiasm for engaging with children and supporting their growth
