Rate of Pay: $ 33.86 per hour

What you will be doing:  

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment 
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective actions 
• Oversee the back of house operation such as laundry, kitchens, HVAC 
• Ensure the overall maintenance of the facility 
• Other duties as assigned  

Physical Aspects of the Position: 

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift 
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs 
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting 
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps 

Your experience and skills include: 

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset 
• Basic knowledge of painting/wall covering, electrical, plumbing and carpentry 
• Must have experience in the following areas; 2 years preventative maintenance, guest rooms, public areas 
• Able to coordinate with other departments to successfully run the preventative maintenance program 
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
