We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Professionals to provide essential enhanced respite services in the State College area. Required Qualifications


Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:



  • Psychology

  • Education

  • Special Education

  • Counseling

  • Social Work

  • OR possess a current CNA or NADD Competency-Based IDD/MI Dual Diagnosis Direct Support Professional Certification or RBT certification.


Role Responsibilities: As an Enhanced Respite Support Staff member, you will provide essential one-on-one support to ensure the young woman's safety, health, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with:



  • Daily living activities

  • Meal preparation

  • Personal care

  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
