Entry Level Community Level Bookkeeper - Part Time

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our Parkview Gardens team.

Duties

• Crucial  to have 1 year Real Page accounting software experience. Entry of move ins/outs in Real Page software. Process final account statements in Real Page and upload to portal for processing.
• GL Code all credit card receipts and reconcile using Excel spreadsheet
• GL code invoices, process in Real Page. Check Real Page for accuracy of rent and care level changes.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to remain organized and multitask.
