We’re seeking enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, AL! As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll collaborate directly with potential customers to create tailored sales and marketing plans, develop comprehensive solutions, and deliver impactful sales pitches designed to meet client needs and goals. This role focuses on promoting our client’s products, services, and promotions within defined timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new clients and increase revenue through leadership development and effective sales strategies.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to design and implement strategies for client product growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand into new territories.
• Deliver professional presentations both in the office and directly to customers, showcasing client products and services.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, networking activity, and other essential documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing representatives to coordinate and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required for this on-site position in Birmingham, AL.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
