About the Position

As an Esthetician at Grey Oaks, you will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our members and guests, promoting wellness and self-care through expert, personalized skincare treatments. With a deep understanding of skincare products and services, you will tailor each treatment to meet the unique needs of our members and guests, supporting their skin health goals with care and precision.

This position reports to the Spa Manager.

About Grey Oaks Country Club

Considered one of the premier country clubs in Florida, Grey Oaks opened in 1993 and encompasses the Grey Oaks and Estuary communities, along with 54 holes of championship golf. The Club’s facilities include:

• A 63,000-square-foot East Clubhouse
• A 12,000-square-foot golf pro shop
• A golf  performance center
• A  30,000-square-foot wellness center and sports complex
• The Pool Café, a 22,000-square-foot facility with indoor and outdoor dining, overlooking a resort-style pool with a wading entrance, waterfall, and lap lanes

Requirements

 Primary Responsibilities·

Provide personalized facial and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and licensing standards.· Be punctual for shifts and appointments; complete services within designated timeframes.· Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitization of work areas, tools, and equipment.· Stay informed about all spa services and products; educate guests on skincare routines and home care protocols.· Promote spa services, retail products, packages, and seasonal offers.· Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and use products efficiently to support cost control measures.· Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards in accordance with legal regulations and spa policies and procedures.· Professionally and respectfully address members’ questions and concerns, promptly reporting any issues to leadership as needed.· Assist in spa set-up and restocking before and after treatments.· Communicate guest feedback and service issues to management.· Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.· Attend and participate in ongoing training and team meetings.· Ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both guests and team members.· Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly and ensures that we provide a safe workplace for our team

Education & Experience

Valid Florida Esthetician license (in compliance with Collier County regulations)· Proven experience and advanced knowledge of skincare techniques and products· Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused demeanor· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Commitment to excellence in service and workplace safety· In-depth knowledge of skincare products and industry trends.
