Location: iCRYO Wexford – Pine Tree Shoppes, Wexford, PA (Opening Fall 2025)
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday (7:30 AM – 2:00 PM), Wednesday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Compensation: $25.00/hour + generous commissions & growth opportunities
Hours: 22 hours/week, part-time, with potential to transition to full-time (includes one unpaid lunch hour during full-day shifts)

Located at Pine Tree Shoppes, iCRYO Wexford will transform how people feel, perform, and recover through services like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, body sculpting, IV therapy, red light therapy, and more.

We’re seeking a licensed Medical Esthetician and Wellness Team Member to join us in a role that blends advanced esthetic services with guest-facing wellness support. Position Overview

As a Medical Esthetician and Wellness Team Member, you will perform professional esthetic services—including body sculpting and facials—while also supporting guests throughout their wellness journey. This client-facing role combines clinical skincare, hospitality, education, and ethical sales.

You’ll collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to deliver a seamless, safe, and elevated experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Esthetics & Body Contouring:

• Perform body sculpting treatments and professional facials using iCRYO-approved technology and protocols

• Educate guests on skincare, sculpting benefits, and pre-/post-care recommendations

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming treatment space in accordance with all safety standards

Guest Experience & Service:

• Greet and guide guests through all wellness services, creating a warm and personalized experience

• Help guests select the right services based on their wellness goals and recovery needs

Sales & Commissions:

• Promote memberships, packages, and enhancements through ethical, guest-centered communication

• Meet or exceed commission-based performance goals through authentic engagement

Wellness Knowledge & Engagement:

• Stay informed on wellness, skincare, and recovery trends and modalities

• Be an active participant in guest education, both in-center and online

Team Culture & Operations:

• Support daily center operations and maintain a clean, efficient, and team-oriented environment

• Communicate proactively, collaborate with teammates, and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in Pennsylvania (required)

• 2+ years of experience in esthetics, wellness, fitness, or health-related industries

• Experience or strong interest in body contouring and holistic wellness

• High energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and sales skills in a client-facing environment

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail

• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to growth

• Availability for two weeks of paid training prior to opening

• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
