Esthetician / Spa Esthetician | Part-Time

Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a skilled and guest-focused Part-Time Esthetician / Spa Esthetician to join our Spa & Wellness team. This role provides professional skincare and spa services including facials, waxing, body treatments, and makeup applications while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing resort spa environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping guests look and feel their best.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, skincare therapies, and makeup applications. 
• Conduct guest consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized skincare treatments and products. 
• Perform facial massage techniques, skin analysis, and light touch therapies. 
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed throughout their spa experience. 
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards in accordance with Wisconsin regulations and spa policies. 
• Recommend retail skincare and beauty products for at-home maintenance and wellness. 
• Promote and upsell spa services, skincare treatments, and retail products. 
• Ensure guest privacy, safety, and comfort during all treatments and services. 
• Assist guests safely on and off treatment tables when needed. 
• Maintain treatment rooms, linens, towels, supplies, and spa equipment. 
• Stay informed on spa treatments, skincare products, beauty trends, and wellness services. 
• Support overall spa operations and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License required. 
• Previous esthetician, spa, skincare, facial, waxing, beauty, or wellness experience preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, facials, waxing, sanitation, and spa services. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Ability to recommend and sell retail skincare products and spa services. 
• Basic computer skills required. 
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. 
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of hands and fingers while performing esthetic services. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout appointments. 
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive motions. 
• Ability to assist guests safely during treatments and spa services.
