Job Overview:

360 Painting of Spring Hill is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Estimator to join our growing team. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, conducting in-home visits, and preparing professional painting estimates. You’ll play a key part in our sales process by turning qualified leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication throughout the estimation process

Visit client homes or job sites to take accurate measurements, photos, and notes

Prepare and deliver detailed painting estimates based on provided leads

Manage the sales pipeline for 10–15 customers weekly

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

Complete and submit necessary administrative documentation

Follow all data integrity and security protocols

Attend weekly team meetings and report progress to management

Collaborate with other members of the 360 Painting team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance

Reliable and operable personal vehicle

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent punctuality and ability to manage a flexible schedule

Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
Pay is hourly with potential for commission/bonuses based on performance. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
