Evening and Weekend Receptionist

Description of the role:

Keffer Mazda in Huntersville, NC is seeking a detailed-oriented Evening and Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner


• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department


• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information


• Process and scan documents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Prior experience in customer service is a plus


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
