Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a part-time Front Office Customer Service Specialist with an energetic and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact, you’ll be a key player in conveying the mission, vision and culture of the practice to all of our clients!

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients and their pets in person and over the phone, bonding with each

• Efficiently manage a high volume of appointments and messages on multiple platforms

• Maintain accurate and organized client and patient records using the industry-leading Pulse veterinary software

• Process payments with accuracy and attention to detail

• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting

• Communicate effectively between clients and the veterinary care team

• Provide compassionate, empathetic service in stressful or emotional situations
• Support the team with additional administrative duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in veterinary, medical, customer service, or hospitality industries preferred

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while staying calm and professional

• Energetic, outgoing, and personable demeanor with excellent customer service instincts

• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new technology, embracing change

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

• A genuine love for animals and a desire to support their care
