Part-Time Dock Associate – Highspire, PA

We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Dock/Warehouse Associate in Highspire, PA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, assisting with inventory control, and keeping the dock and warehouse areas clean and organized.
This position is ideal for students or anyone seeking extra hours, offering 20–25 hours per week Starting around 3PM- late afternoon shift Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.
The right candidate will be physically capable of meeting job demands, dependable with their schedule, and committed to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment that reflects Dempsey’s high standards.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload products and supplies from delivery vehicles
- Assist with inventory control and product organization
- Keep the workspace clean and orderly; properly dispose of trash and waste materials
- Carry out all duties safely and in full compliance with OSHA standards and guidelines
- Promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to management
Requirements
- Must be able to work evenings
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Demonstrated reliability with work or school attendance and performance
- Dependable transportation to consistently arrive for scheduled shifts
- Flexibility to work part-time evening hours
