Evening Receptionist

We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Friday from 3:30 pm to 6 pm, and every other Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.  The pay rate is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.


• Greet and assist customers pleasantly and professionally.


• Assist customers with cash, check, and credit card transactions. 


• Closing out invoices via the computer.


• General office duties include filing, making copies, and scanning documents.


• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.  


• Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.


• Excellent interpersonal skills.


• Basic math aptitude.


• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism. 


• Proficient computer skills and office skills.


• Positive attitude and disposition.
