What started as a small bartending company in our owner's garage in 2011 has grown into a thriving business with 50 full-time employees and 100+ part-time employees providing services for over 1,000 events a year. We are currently considering part-time applicants. Candidates must have night and weekend availability. We can be somewhat flexible with the schedule for part-time, but candidates should have at least 1 day of weekday availability and be willing to work 2-3 weekends per month. This position does all the manual tasks necessary to support our event operations.

Job Duties

• Follow directions from supervisors to ensure that our facilities are maintained and cleaned, allowing us to exceed our client’s expectations.

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, parking lots, offices, and other work areas according to appropriate checklists.

• Set up and break down event equipment according to the designated floor plan. This includes moving and placing tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment. There is some moving of equipment up and down stairs. 

• Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding towels and linens.

• Wash, dry, polish, sort, and put away dishes.

• Clean Airbnb apartments according to standards. These cleans are time-sensitive from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.

• Work events such as weddings, corporate events, and festivals in a janitorial/set-up role. 

• Assist with event food and beverage preparation.

• Have a smartphone with phone, text, and data plan with consistent access to email communication. Provide exceptional customer service to our visiting clients and guests. Must be able to think critically and problem solve, sometimes in high-stress situations. Should be flexible and be able to adapt tasks as priorities change.

Perks

• Hourly pay of $15.00-$17.00 an hour, based on experience and shift times.
