• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities and experiences.
• Flexibility to part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus, but not required; we value passion, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
