Experienced Caregiver l Long Day Shifts l CNA/HHA

At FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston, we provide dependable home care services for Needham, Newton, Wellesley and surrounding communities throughout West Suburban Boston. Our home care services are provided to seniors or anyone needing help with daily tasks at home.

We are searching for compassionate in-home caregiver to join our team that can offer quality and skilled personal care services for our clients, giving them the peace-of-mind that they'll get the help they need. We are proud to be one of the highest rated home care agencies in the Boston Area.

We’re currently looking for an experience caregiver to work on-going long day shifts with at least 3 days a week of availability. Also, seeking caregivers who are willing to drive clients to appointments, activities, etc.

Pay is $20.00 per hour

Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with ADL's and IADL's


• Hands on Care 


• Personal Care 


• Experience with fall risk


• Companionship


• Meal Prep


• Incontinence Care


• Assist with toileting


• dressing for bed


• wheelchair to and from dinner


• companionship/activities

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

·         A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

·         A commitment to being present and providing quality care

·         Empathy, patience, kindness and respect

·         Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written

·         Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
