Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in client's residence


• Perform domestic and household tasks


• Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands


• Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the Clear Care App


• Assist with clients’ personal care activities


• Maintain clients care records and document provided services


• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Job Requirements: 

• Proven working experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant


• Level 2 background/fingerprinting https://info.flclearinghouse.com


• Current CPR


• Current TB test (within the year)


• Caring and compassionate personality


• Valid driver’s license
