Senior Helpers is seeking a friendly, compassionate and dependable individual who wants to join a team who shares the same goal of spreading joy to our clients.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

• HCA Clearance mandatory. ( Live Scan / Guardian Clearance)


• 1 + years of experience in Senior Care.


• Proper knowledge of Transferring a client.


• Knowledge of ADL's.


• Able to work in the South Orange County areas.


• Must have Negative TB test.


• Reliable transportation and able to show proof of Insurance.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.


• Conduct patient observations and document vital signs accurately.


• Offer compassionate care giving while maintaining respect for client dignity and privacy.


• Support clients with dementia care through engaging activities that promote cognitive function.


• Lift and assist clients as necessary to ensure their mobility and comfort.


• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and sensitive information.

Every client will have different needs that they require assistance with, but we make sure to match our clients and care professionals for the optimal fit. Care provided could include activities of daily living (ADL's) such as grooming, eating, walking, bathing, and other self-care tasks. It could also include assisting with fun hobbies and games that a client enjoys.
