Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor - Medical Facilities

Are you a skilled housekeeping professional with hospital experience and strong leadership abilities? We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations in a medical facility, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and team performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping operations within a medical facility


• Lead, train, and schedule housekeeping staff across patient rooms, surgical areas, lobbies, and other clinical/non-clinical spaces


• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare sanitation protocols, OSHA regulations, and client expectations


• Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and linens


• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly


• Ensure timely communication with on-site hospital staff and company management


• Enforce infection prevention and control standards (including terminal cleaning procedures)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting


• Strong understanding of healthcare cleaning procedures, infection control, and safety protocols


• Excellent leadership and team management skills


• Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
