Expo/Food Runner - Canopy

Essential Functions:

• Retrieve completed food orders from kitchen and deliver to correct guests
• Perform a perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shift
• Observe tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
• Ensure that all areas are clean and maintained throughout shift
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables
• Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times
• Completes all side-work as directed
• Assists in an entire team effort

Special Skills necessary for this position:

• Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Experience is desired
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to be organized in a changing environment
• Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisis

Physical Requirements:

• Stand during entire shift
• Reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, pour, carry, and push
• Lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 25 lbs. up to 20 times per shift
• Frequent exposure to high temperatures, humidity and cold
