Express Service Advisor

I-5 Cars is looking for a highly motivated Express Service Advisor that is focused on customer satisfaction to join our team.  This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing and evaluating Service Technicians. The Service Advisor will efficiently coordinate, schedule and manage Service Technician's time, while maintaining the work order process. • Full-Time employment, Tuesday-Saturday schedule.  Must be able to work Saturdays


• Base salary + commission pay.  Paid monthly $3,500.00-$6,000.00 per month


• 80 hours paid vacation, paid sick time, and 7 paid holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service


• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer


• Determine and recommend required maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history


• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled


• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule


• Conduct post-repair follow up


• Resolve customer complaints


• Continue to maintain our company value, quality, and integrity


• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
