As an Expo, you'll be at the heart of our team, ensuring that every food order is delivered to our guests with precision and care. You'll be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and stocking our wait stations, all while working closely with our dynamic front-of-house and back-of-house teams to guarantee a positively memorable dining experience for our guests. Join us in delivering excellence at every step of the dining journey!

Evening and weekend availability a must.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures.
2. Extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
3. Read printed tickets carefully with attention to detail.
4. Inspect products for quality, inconsistencies, and mistakes.
5. Accurately deliver completed orders to their designated tables.
6. Monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
7. Assist servers, support staff, and customers with additional tasks as needed.
8. Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant.
9. Complete all opening, closing, and side duties.
10. Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Skills, Abilities & Work Conditions

1. Stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
2. Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
3. Lift, carry, and balance 30+ lbs
4. Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
5. Navigate a busy restaurant while carrying orders of food
6. Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
7. Work in a fast-paced environment while balancing excellent customer service
