Fabrication Tech - Weekend Day Shift

As a Fabrication Tech at SendCutSend, you will work with non-metal materials such as plastics, composites, and wood materials to support our production process. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, precision, and a strong mechanical mindset. From cutting and finishing to assembly and quality checks, you’ll play an essential part in delivering high-quality components to our customers .

What you’ll do

• Operating and supporting CNC cutting equipment for non-metal materials
• Sanding, deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts
• Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware
• Interpreting work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment
• Performing quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
• Moving materials and job orders throughout the facility
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross-trained across multiple processes
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• High attention to detail and quality
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10–12 hour shifts
• Forklift experience is a plus
