Facilitator Trainer

Job Title: Facilitator Trainer
Place of Performance: 31 Hopkins Plaza, Suite G100, Baltimore MD 21201.
Job Type: Part-time Position.
Schedule: September 23, 2024 – September 24, 2024 (2 days, 16 hours total).
Duties:

• Conduct in-person facilitation skills training for up to 50 facilitators and trainers.
• Each training day (8 hours) will consist of 4 hours of learning and 4 hours of practical application.
• Provide training materials for participants.
• Teach participants how to recognize group dynamics and engage all behavioral styles within a group.

• Previous experience in facilitating group sessions or workshops.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques and methodologies.
