Job Title: Facilities Cleaner

Employment Status: W-2 Employee – Part-Time (12 - 25 hours a week) 

Position Overview: 

The Facilities Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of Fellowship Recovery’s treatment facilities and housing spaces at both the Perspectives and Citadel locations. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors by performing daily cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance duties in alignment with company and DHS standards.

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of program and office areas, including floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and restock supplies as needed.
• Clean and sanitize frequently used touchpoints and surfaces to maintain health standards.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles at both sites and ensure proper disposal.
• Monitor and restock cleaning and facility supplies.
• Notify the Operations Director or supervisor of maintenance needs, safety issues, or supply shortages.
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning materials and adhere to product safety data sheet (SDS) requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful conduct while working within active treatment spaces.
• Support facility readiness for inspections or site visits when requested.
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance in accordance with the set cleaning schedule.
• Must be able to move/lift up to 50lbs as needed for cleaning purposes.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Perspectives and Citadel sites.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability for scheduled shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Must receive Department of Human Services Clearance to work onsite at both office locations.​​​​​​

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20 - 23.00 per hour.
• Hours: 12 - 25 hours a week. Typical schedule would be 3-9pm and a Saturday or Sunday for a few hours.
• Classification: Part-time, non-exempt W-2 employee.
• Eligible for standard part-time employee benefits as outlined in Fellowship Recovery’s current benefits policy.
• Payroll is administered semi-monthly through TriNet.
