Facilities Cleaner - Part Time

Position Summary

Provide custodial services by maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions of assigned areas. Responsible for the daily cleanliness and sanitation of facility to include the office spaces, kitchen/break room, restrooms (office and warehouse), warehouse docks, and outside property including docks, parking lot, grass field and tree lawn.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing sinks and toilets in rest rooms and breakrooms
• Restock paper towels, sanitizer, soap in bathrooms and throughout the facility
• Mopping floors of restrooms, break rooms, and any warehouse/cooler areas
• Wiping walls in office, restrooms and warehouse, cooler and freezer
• Vacuum office and warehouse area rugs
• Office cleaning to include washing windows and dusting cabinets, desks and vents
• Trash pickup outside including parking lot, tree lawn, shipping docks and grass areas
• Empty trash cans on docks into dumpster/compactor
• Restock cups and empty drip reservoir in drinking fountains
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to understand and execute instructions.
• Basic cleaning skills and use of cleaning equipment and hand tools.
• Follow and adhere to SDS instructions for chemical and cleaning supplies
• Ability to operate hand jack.

Working Conditions

• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to withstand cool/cold temperatures in a typical food warehouse environment
• Position spends 4-5 hours standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing.
• Indoor and outdoor work and element exposure.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Hours - 

6 am to 10 am - Monday through Friday

20 hours/week
