Muir Wood is a leading provider of residential behavioral health treatment for adolescents ages 12–17. We operate 17 Joint Commission-accredited programs across California, including locations in Sonoma County, Clovis, and Riverside. Our programs specialize in treating mental health and substance use disorders, offering a safe, structured, and compassionate environment that supports long-term healing for teens and their families. We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our facility equipment, structures, and grounds. This role involves managing and maintaining the inventory of necessary supplies, and ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional and well-maintained. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Operations with project management and prioritization
• Maintain, manage and resupply stock inventories
• Handle building and and grounds maintenance and repairs
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent problems and hazards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Valid driver's license 
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment and tools
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures

Shift:

Part-time; Monday-Friday, 9a-1pm

Compensation:

$29.00-$31.00/hour, based on experience
