Facility Custodian

Description

The Cary Park District is looking to hire a part-time Facility Custodian. The ideal candidate should have janitorial and customer service experience along with good communication skills. The Facility Custodian is responsible to perform janitorial and general maintenance, room set-ups and break downs, equipment maintenance, and the preventive maintenance program at the Community Center, and Lions Park Maintenance Facility as well as the restrooms located throughout the park system.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED equivalent, associates degree preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year related experience.

Ability to complete any necessary trainings and certifications. Must have a valid Illinois Secretary of State Driver’s License.
