Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Apprentice

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 20-25 hours, weekends required (Saturday & Sunday)

Description

We're looking for a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Apprentice to assist with general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our facility. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support facility upkeep
• Perform painting, drywall patching, and repairs as needed
• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical work
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Work under the supervision of experienced maintenance personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined with a strong willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical systems
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Must be safety-minded
• Quick learner with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Reliable and able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) is a must
