Our club is looking for energetic, responsible LIFEGUARDS to join our team for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts this Fall 2025. Whether you’re watching the sunrise over the pool or catching the last evening lap, you’ll be keeping swimmers safe, building community, and enjoying a job that’s as rewarding as it is fun! 

The ideal candidates will help create a safe, welcoming, and fun atmosphere for our guests—always greeting them with a smile and a professional touch. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities and ensure safety of all guests in designated areas.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Diplomatically enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay current with safety and rescue techniques.

• Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
• Strong swimmer.
• Ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
