Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday Hours: Flexible daytime schedule

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine • Active New York State medical license

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week: Monday, Thursday, and Friday) providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.

• Build strong provider-patient relationships, especially with Spanish-speaking patients.

• Document patient encounters thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold practice standards.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
