Family Nurse Practitioner

Compensation Range: $80-95 per hour

Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate scheduled patient consistent with prevailing practice standards. This includes but not limited to the collection of medical history, physical exams and treatment recommendations
• Establish rapport with patient and relevant members of their social system to assist them in understanding and accepting treatment recommendations within a shared decision making model
• To prescribe and implement treatment consistent with diagnosis and relevant standards, including the prescription of medications consistent with the FNP’s scope of practice
• Complete records accurately and in a timely fashion. Generally, this means the same day of the service provided, but no later 48 hours after seen
• Code services consistent with ethical and legal billing standards
• Strive to seek 80% productivity based upon CPT code time elements. Extra time is allotted to complete an initial evaluation per DBH utilization policy for medical services
• Cooperate with other medical services around vacation coverage, both direct and medication refills as necessary.

Additional Details

• This is a part-time role (3 days per week plus weekends)
• Work will be provided on-site
• Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience
• Must possess 3 years of experience working as an FNP and have experience providing care for adolescents

Must be a qualified FNP, with experience with addiction medicine and detox protocols

• Must be a graduate of an approved medical school and hold a current license in the state of practice
• 3 years of experience preferred
