Description

We are looking for a family nurse practitioner who is local to Reedsburg, Wisconsin to provide coverage on Mondays for our client's onsite clinic. Coverage is needed ASAP till November 3rd.

Family Nurse Practitioner
$85/hour
Onsite Clinic Coverage - Family Medicine/Primary Care - Ages 2+
ASAP - November 3rd
Mondays Only
7am-5pm
Dispensing clinic
Athena EMR

Requirements

Must have Active Wisconsin NP License
Must have 2+ years of experience
Must be able to see patients ages 2+
Must have Dispensing/Prescribing License in Wisconsin
BLS Certification Required

Salary Description

$85/hour
