FD-Night Auditor

Description of the role:

The FD-Night Auditor position at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. The Night Auditor will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring guest satisfaction during the night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting night audits of the hotel's financial transactions


• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift


• Resolving any guest inquiries or issues efficiently


• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work night shifts and weekends
