Job Description - FedEx Delivery Drivers (Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal)



Are you dependable, motivated, and ready to be a vital part of a fast-growing delivery team? 223 Trucking Corp, a FedEx Ground contractor, is now hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal Delivery Drivers to join our team in White Marsh, MD.



Position Overview:


As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of packages to homes and businesses using a company-provided step van. This role is physical, fast-paced, and rewarding for those who love being on the move and delivering great service.



What You’ll Do:



  • Deliver packages along an assigned route using a FedEx-approved vehicle



  • Load/unload and organize packages efficiently



  • Use handheld devices to scan, track, and confirm deliveries



  • Provide courteous, professional service to customers



  • Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or route changes




What You’ll Need:



  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record



  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening



  • Able to lift packages up to 70 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks



  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude

  • Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, Courier services, etc) 



📆 Available Shifts:




  • Full-Time: 5-6 days/week, including weekends




  • Part-Time: Flexible 2–3 days/week




  • Seasonal: High-volume support during peak times (e.g. holidays)
