Feed Delivery Driver

 As a Part-time/on-call Feed Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of feed to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Reporting to the Mill Manager, you will utilize your core skills in commercial and truck driving, including operating tractor-trailers. Additionally, relevant experience in freight handling and load/unload operations will be essential.  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Performs pre/post trip inspections
· Verifies load against shipping papers.
· Drives truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads in area.
· Loads and unloads bulk feed and or bag feed
· Climbs feed bins
· Cleans up any spilled feed
· Maintains accurate internal and DOT paperwork according to state and federal regulations.
· Inspect fire extinguisher, and other safety equipment is aboard and in working order
· Reports to dispatcher when equipment does not work or is missing.
