Field Supervisor (CNA)

We are looking for a part-time CNA certified Field Supervisor who can effectively manage a hybrid role of making sure our clients and caregivers are evaluated every 6 months and also take part in new caregiver orientations by performing hands-on skills assessments. Here is a breakdown of what is expected of you!

A Personal Care Field Supervisor oversees the delivery of care and support services to clients in their homes, ensuring compliance with individualized plans and regulations. They supervise caregivers, conduct quality visits, and provide training. This role involves a combination of client and staff support, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• 
  Supervising and Monitoring Caregivers: Oversee the activities of caregivers, ensuring they adhere to individual care plans and company policies:
  


• 
  Quality Assurance: Conduct in-home visits to monitor the quality of care provided, addressing any issues or concerns.
  


• 
  Training and Development: Assist new caregivers with hands on skills training at orientations and potentially lead First Aid and CPR certifications. 
  


• 
  Client Assessment and Planning: Meet with new clients to assess their needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure appropriate services are delivered. 
  


• 
  Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, maintain accurate client and caregiver records, and address any complaints or service issues.

  Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

  Advocacy and Support: Advocate for clients' needs and provide support to caregivers to ensure a positive work environment.

Job Type: Part-time (5-15 hours per week)

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

Work Location: Hybrid (some office mostly in the field)

Additional requirements include:

• Active CNA License required 


• Active Auto Insurance and Active Auto Registration 


• Pass drug test


• Proof of a TB test taken within the last 6 months showing clear results


• Must be able to pass background check
