Home Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level to Lead Track)

Compensation

$18–$26/hour base pay (depending on experience)

Commission and performance bonuses based on upsells, on-time service, and reviews

A Day in the Life

Perform essential home maintenance services: gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, pressure washing, window washing, and more

Drive a fully stocked company van to job sites

Walk through services with clients and provide exceptional customer experiences

Track jobs and reports using a company iPad

Place yard signs, distribute flyers, and upsell services when appropriate

Ask for reviews and help build the brand locally

Support and train junior techs as you grow

Requirements

Punctual, coachable, and motivated to succeed

Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Willing to follow systems, checklists, and company procedures
