Field Technician

Scrubcan, Inc. is a fast-growing and highly productive vertically integrated cleaning company serving both public and private clients in the Central San Joaquin Valley area. We offer a wide variety of cleaning solutions to our clients, including janitorial, solar cleaning, fleet washing, pressure washing, and litter control.

We are seeking a qualified candidate with experience in exterior cleaning.  Must be motivated, dependable, and have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning solutions to succeed in this job. Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience and NO major infractions on their driving record. Do NOT apply for this job if you do not meet this requirement. You will be required to drive a company vehicle and, therefore, must be insurable by our carrier to qualify for employment. 

General Requirements:

Must have a valid CA driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable means of transportation to/from the office. 

Must be reliable, team-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic.

Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check, fingerprint-based criminal background check, physical, and/or drug testing.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Education, Certifications, and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in a service environment is preferred. 

Must have an open schedule, and willing to work weekends.

Ability to speak and write English and relay information between the team, customers, and office staff.

Work Environment:

Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, lifting and moving objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements. Must be willing to work in areas that may include heights. 

Uniforms and PPE, provided by ScrubCan Inc., must be worn during work hours.

The job includes a variety of performing a variety of exterior cleaning solutions (Trash bin cleaning, enclosure cleaning, pressure washing, rain gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, high-celling roof cleaning, bio-hazard clean outs, litter removal, fleet cleaning). 

How We Will Measure Success:

Customer satisfaction levels based on surveys.

Quality assurance scores are based on manager surveys and feedback.
