Field Technician Gutter Installation

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain gutter systems according to company standards.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Safely operate tools and equipment required for gutter installation.
• Ensure work sites are clean and safe at all times.
• Perform inspections and identify issues with existing gutter systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a gutter installer or in a similar role.
• Ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and scaffolding.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High level of physical fitness and stamina.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
