Prestonwood Country Club is now hiring Front Desk Attendant to join our Fitness Center team! This position is Part-Time requiring flexible schedules with availability to work both 6am - 12pm and 12pm - 4pm shifts. We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community located in the heart of Cary, NC. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screens members verifying member / guest status

Answers telephone, takes messages and transfers calls

Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments

Answers questions about hours of operation, check in policy, guest fees, swim team and other scheduled events.

Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.

Keeps reception desk neat and clean.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Display excellent interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.

Show excellent oral and written communication skills.

Illustrate and promote attention to detail.
