Job Description - Fitness Instructor- Pilates

Job Title: Pilates instructor
Location: Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center.
Schedule: 9 AM on Tuesdays and at 12 PM on Wednesdays.
Duties:
  • The creativity to choreograph appropriate fitness techniques that are effective and enjoyable
  • Provides individualized assessment and instruction for members
  • Collaborates on developing and promoting health and wellness activities/programs for members
  • Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment
  • Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members
  • Reassesses participant appropriately and modifies the fitness program as indicated
Qualifications:
  • Current Pilates certification is preferred.
  • Current Adult CPR and AED certifications is required.
  • Must have availability to teach twice per week at 9 AM on Tuesdays and at 12 PM on Wednesday.
