As a Personal Trainer at Fitness 1440 Nashville, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Perform fitness assessments and training sessions.
- Schedule all clients for their next session.
- Call and confirm all future appointments.
- Spend time on the fitness floor prospecting or assisting members who may need additional help.
- Huddle with the Personal Training Director for additional ways to improve and grow.
- Assist in facility upkeep, such as doing walkthroughs and putting equipment away.
- Service all sessions promptly as scheduled, starting and ending on time.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
- CPR required or obtained within 30 days.
- Spanish Speaking preferred
- Knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Polite and courteous, exemplifying Fitness 1440 service standards.
