At SummitWest Care, caregivers help older adults, disabled individuals, and others in need of assistance remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. You'll build meaningful one-on-one relationships while making a real difference in someone's day.

What You'll Do

Every client is different, but common responsibilities include:

• Companionship and conversation


• Meal preparation & grocery shopping


• Light housekeeping


• Essential personal care assistance


• Routine health maintenance activities


• Reporting concerns or changes to the care team

Our goal is simple: Help people remain safe and independent at home.

We're Looking For

People who are:

• At least 18 years old


• Compassionate & dependable


• Comfortable working independently


• Willing to learn through paid training


• Self-transporting with a valid license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

Scheduling

We work with our caregiver's given availability, but schedules may include:

• Morning, afternoon, and early evening visits (no night shifts)


• Visits lasting 2-5 hours


• Fewer than 30 hours per week
