Job Description - Floater

We are currently offering a $500 sign on Bonus! Have the ability to “work well with everyone” and have flexible hours? You could be our next Teacher! Our “Floaters” go where needed to support teachers and of course children. Work with the Admin team to develop your schedule.

Come join a group of professional teachers who can mentor you in your role. Our goal as the largest franchise group within The Learning Experience is to make a difference in the life of a child, the families we serve and our community.

· you will assist with hands-on activities with the children

Full-time and part-time positions now available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Requirements

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

· At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

· Demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service

· Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred but not required
