Floor Technician / Floor Keeper (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Job Title:
Location: Acadiana Area (Lafayette and surrounding areas)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and polished floors across various facilities. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and dust mop floors daily


• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all floor surfaces


• Perform carpet extraction as needed


• Operate floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)


• Strip and wax floors (experience preferred)


• Follow all safety and cleaning protocols


• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and have strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Experience with floor care equipment preferred


• Knowledge of floor stripping and waxing is a plus


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening


• Reliable transportation required

Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time positions available


• Flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends may be required)
