Days/Hours: Monday through Friday Flexible Hours PT Total 24hrs/wk.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• 
  Works with limited supervision.


• 
  Responsible for painting and minor repairs of agency facilities.


• 
  Organizing and prioritizing work orders given.


• 
  Maintaining and organizing maintenance garage, storage spaces and vehicle.


• 
  Painting and other minor maintenance work.


• 
  Multitasking


• 
  Interior/Exterior


• 
  Knowledge of specific painting tools and apps.


• 
  Understanding of aesthetics.


• 
  Attention to detail.


• 
  Spackling and taping


• 
  Organizational skills.

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  High School Diploma


• 
  1 year experience working in Painting, Maintenance or Construction


• 
  Valid Driver' s License

W ORKING CONDITIONS:

• 
  Physical ability to perform all duties associated with this position


• 
  Lifting heavy objects while using proper lifting and carrying techniques.


• 
  Possible exposure to communicable diseases
  


• 
  Use of power tools for some projects.
