Description

Employee/Family health clinic is in need of 4 month, part-time, interim, primary care clinic coverage in Brodhead, WI.

Details:

June 23-Oct 27

Hours: Mon - 8a-4p, Wed - 12p-5:30p, Friday, 8a-12p

Scope: Basic family medicine, ages 3+, onsite accute care and wellness programs, dispensing clinic

Staffing: NP & MA

$85 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Shadow Training prior to start

Paid 2 hour module training prior to start

Requirements

Must have active, clear WI FNP licensure

Must have 2+ years experience in family medicine as an FNP

Must have clean medical and background check

Must be BC or truly BE
